I use the rotating doors on 102 street now. The interesting thing about this building is that is it classified in the real estate parlance and a top tier building (double A I think they call it?) and that mean huge rents. so, the expectation is that these things should be high quality as should the building maintenance. and don't even get me started on the elevators... or how you can't go up the stairs from the lobby... or how they've ventilated my office-pod/pen area by popping a ceiling tile... question: wouldn't having 3 of four exit doors out of order be a fire hazard? any firemen out there care to comment? @derjis, yes, ridiculous doors to open even for the hale and hearty.
