The interesting thing about this building is that is it classified in the real estate parlance and a top tier building (double A I think they call it?) and that mean huge rents.  so, the expectation is that these things should be high quality as should the building maintenance.

and don&#039;t even get me started on the elevators... or how you can&#039;t go up the stairs from the lobby... or how they&#039;ve ventilated my office-pod/pen area by popping a ceiling tile...

question: wouldn&#039;t having 3 of four exit doors out of order be a fire hazard?  any firemen out there care to comment?</description>
