With back to school messages comes reminders to slow down on the streets.
The City of Edmonton unveiled four new-look traffic enforcement vans Wednesday. They’re supposed to catch your eye, sending a signal to your gas pedal foot to ease up. The kids are in school, you know.
Don’t slow down and a camera inside will be snapping your photo.
This comes as the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues, and others, look at reducing neighbourhood speed limits in general.
This is all well and good, but we wished the vans looked like this.
