Good morning, lovely Edmonton.

David Bowie says "Hi."
It’s budget day!
For a lot of us that’s the day we know there’s a cringe coming. We’ll hear what the proposed tax hike is for next year, cringe, curse, possibly throw something, and move on with our day, muttering to ourselves.
I think everyone is all for taxes, when they go toward something worthwhile and they’re spent effectively. If only…
I’m a taxpayer these days, so, City of Edmonton: Bring it on!
Oh. That’s actually quite reasonable. And we even get chances to rant.
Also, I feel like starting at the top with the Journal, and working my way through the list of newsrooms.
