April 23 Edmonton Headlines

This is the end, as all things come to, Edmonton.

FREE BREAKFAST!

Subway’s been offering up somewhat good coffee for free, for one month, and everything comes crashing back to earth today. But not until we all get our free breakfast, it seems.

Wow, I thought I was all about the free stuff after going after McDonald’s free coffee when they’ve offered it, and then the Subway deal.

But this photo shows when people hear the word “free” they come running.

I guess we are still in tough economic times and all.

No, screw that. Free is good any economic time.

Also, with all my talk of Subway I hadn’t really checked out their website. It’s, umm, nice.

Oh, and speaking of Syncrude

Still on the environment, there’s a new website where you can monitor how green and healthy we are in Alberta.
