Today concludes my week of morning livecasting from coffee shops (and let’s be honest and say Second Cups, because they seem to have unkillable wifi).
This no doubt leaves you asking, “Who cares about livecasting nothing from coffee shops?” Oh INTERNETS, you always make the best arguments.
The point of trying this on for size is to make ourselves available to the community at large. Have something on your mind? Something you want to promote? I am literally sitting here, waiting to hear it. With a webcam pointed at my stupid face. That’s the reason we started the edmontonian, after all – to give the community a voice we felt was being lost amidst the decline of original, locally produced news content.
Look for these morning webcasts to be a weekly occurrence, starting this fall.
